Self-reflection, not diagnosis or therapy

The Same Fight quiz, free teaser, $29 report, and partner comparison are provided strictly for personal self-reflection and educational communication insight. They are not psychological testing, clinical diagnosis, couples therapy, marriage counseling, medical advice, or legal advice, and they do not create a therapist–client or professional relationship. All quiz items are adapted from public-domain International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) scales; no clinical or diagnostic scales are used. If you are experiencing relationship distress, mental health concerns, or any safety risk, consult a licensed professional or appropriate support service.

Consent rule for partner comparisons

You may only answer the quiz for yourself. You must not submit answers on behalf of another person or enter someone else's email address without their permission to receive a quiz invite. Partner comparisons require both partners to take their own quiz and give explicit consent. Either partner may clear their browser copy. Signed links contain readable answers, expire 30 days after the first quiz, and cannot be individually revoked.

The $29 report

The Same Fight Full Report is a one-time purchase of USD $29 processed via Stripe. After payment, Stripe redirects you to your report page (/report?session_id=…). If you lose your link, Find my report emails your link to the checkout email address.

Refunds

Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the quiz or the report is limited to the amount you paid us (USD $29, or $0 for the free quiz). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
